Low Carb Recipe - Spicy Creamy Chicken and Mushrooms

1 large chicken breast
1 can chicken broth
1/8-1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
3 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1 small can mushrooms, drained

Bring chicken, broth, spices, and onions to a boil. Cover and cook about 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken, bone and shread meat. Broth should be reduced by now, if necessary, add water to make 1/2 cup of broth. blend creams together, add a small amout of hot liquid to the mixture, then stir into the rest of the broth. Add chicken, mushrooms, and bacon. Simmer gently until slightly thickened.
