Fast Weight Loss With the Soy DietIn my never-ending quest for fast weight loss I decided to follow the advice from an article that I recently read in Woman’s World magazine. This article is filled with interesting facts about the many benefits of soy protein. The publication said that subjects who took the soy challenge experienced fast weight loss so I thought that I would give it a try. I have 10 pounds to lose. I should say that I had 10 pounds to lose. After just one week on the soy diet that number has dropped quite a bit. I wasn’t really expecting very fast weight loss because I just have so much trouble getting that final 10 pounds off to get to my goal. Two ladies in the article featured in Woman’s World magazine each experienced fast weight loss. The first lost five pound in only a week while the other lost six pounds in the same seven days. Other women, not I, experience this kind of fast weight loss. The soy diet was just too appealing to pass up. The items were easy to spot in the store and I found that the cost was a little more than my usual foods but way less than a fast weight loss program like Jenny Craig. Actually, it was way, way less than a program like that. After one week of following the simple soy program I found that I could fit into my clothes better. I had no idea how much I actually lost until I had my weekly weigh in on Friday morning. I was shocked to find that I had lost eight, yes eight pounds in seven days. That is more than a pound per day. I have never experience such fast weight loss in my life. This says a lot because I have been on a lot of diets over the years. This soy diet is a wonder and I will never go on another program. I actually thought that I was doing something wrong on the plan because I was satisfied and never hungry. Cravings were not minimal. They were non-existent. Combining soy products and a diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables, I felt satisfied all day long, felt more energized, and knew I was doing something healthy for my body. What really grabbed my attention in the article in Woman’s World was that the soy products were used to fatten up cattle. After feeding the cattle for a period of time the livestock owners found that the cows weren’t gaining weight. In fact they were leaner than ever. If a cow doesn’t get fat on a program, you can bet that you will experience fast weight loss on it, too. |
